Love the new playground and splash pad! It can get hot in the summer since shade is limited.

The outside update is very nice. New playground new splash pad. However no shade except one small corner of the playground. Nice pickleball area. Indoor game room set up with billiards and ping pong. Nice gym, basketball area and indoor walking track. The indoor pool needs actual updates and the pool area locker rooms. The pool locker rooms are in need of attention. Rust in the bathroom stalls. There is also a "therapy" section in the pool that is suppose to be 16+ but it isn't weather water for harder flowing water so in didn't get the point. The lifeguard act like they hate people. There are plenty of children there without supervision, acceptable in the summer and evening and they are not respectful of others so go early morning and/ out when school is in session

This has quickly become my children's favorite park. The fake turf always feels soft under foot. The equipment works great. It's fenced in for security. There are courts for tennis or pickle ball right next door, and now that the splash pad is open, they don't want to ever leave. The restrooms can be hard to access if the community center isn't open which can be difficult when potty training littles, would be the only downside.

Still waiting to be allowed to swim. On A waiting list with three special needs residents. I have never heard of a pool waiting list in a facility. I definitely won't urge my fellow coworkers to bring their houses here.
